Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide the highest level of care and satisfaction with our treatments. As our services consist of consultations and therapies, there are no physical goods to return. However, we value your feedback and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Payments made for services are non‑refundable once the session has been completed. In exceptional circumstances, such as inability to attend due to medical reasons, a partial refund may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.

Rescheduling

We understand that situations change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate a new time.
